Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged such as perfumes after removing the plastic seal or watches after being used.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced with a new one at no cost.

Customers are responsible for shipping and return costs unless the product is defective or the error is on the store’s part.
